Anyone know where I can buy a FSM for a 2022 GX460? In the past I've been able to find most fsm's on ebay but I can only find one for the older generation GX. Getting raped at the dealer on some maintenance items so I'm just going to take care of these myself. Thinking it will be worthwhile to have a FSM on hand for the future.

I have not seen any yet. At this time you will probably need to leverage content from a short term TIS subscription.

Flashback 6 or 7 years ago one wouldn’t even find one readily downloadable for a 10-13 model. The first one I came across was from a 460 owner from Odessa, Ukraine who linked one over on ClubLexus. He had a model that had been retrofitted to run on LPG.

We've used the same really good local "certified" mechanic for all our vehicles, mostly all Toyota products for the past 30+ years. He's fair, honest and never tells you, "Oh my gosh! If you don't get all your brakes done NOW, yada-yada-yada!" When things are starting look like replacing, hoses, brakes, etc. we always get a good heads up that that heavy of a bill will be coming up in the next 6 months to year.
With all the Yelp and other review sites, you should be able to find a good, honest certified mechanic in your neck of the woods.

Theres lots of links to fsm’s for 10-13’s floating around. Mechanically they’re 99% the same so if you’re looking for it for wrenching you can certainly get by with one of those. The main difference is going to be the face lift body stuff and interior electronics and I’d just start cutting the former and never touch the later : ) @r2m started this handy thread - GX 460 Manuals - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/gx-460-manuals.1129713/ and @Acrad posted links to some good club lex resources.

I don’t remember where I got them (probably through the links above) but I have a digital copy and a pdf of the 10-13 version. I don’t want to post them but if you pm me I’ll send you a temp link. And then burn this thread. If you’re just looking to do suspension work, fluids and basic maint, the early year manuals should get you by.

+1 on this, don’t think a hard copy FSM actually exists. This post shows how you can download the TIS pages to PDF format so each page within it is a searchable PDF. Took me about 3 hours to do once I got the settings right.

Only issue is that TIS doesn’t use page numbers to reference back to other sections, it uses hyperlinks which don’t work once converted to pdf. Not too big a deal once you get to know how things are named in the system.

Is your "digital" copy a PDF, book type or the "digital" format where you have to download the program for the index and all, which is what is in our Manuals thread.

I have both, but yeah, meant the .html version that is all hyperlinked. It's worked fantastic for me. Big thank you to whomever found that originally and to you for the thread.
