2021 Lexus LX rear taillight trim and center garnish removal

Would you have any suggestions on the best way to remove the L/R Rear top of tail light trim pieces and the center chrome garnish piece?

I am replacing them with black versions. I do NOT want to wrap them. I want to remove and replace. are there any tricks? do i need to remove inside tailgate trim? I looked at the garnish and did not see any bolts on the back. Do they all pop off? etc. Any suggestions and help would be awesome. thanks so much.

Only one way to find out. Make a video so I’ll know how if I ever get in one.

Based on pictures of the tailight, the garnish is held in to the taillamp, at 3 points. Partsouq shows the back of the chrome trim that confirms this. It looks like plastic clips holding it in similar to the ones that hold the door card. You might be able to pop the chrome pieve off without reomving the tailamp, but it could cause breakage.

The center one is just held on by clips. Should be able to pull straight out and it’ll release.

Forgot I had written that last post up there. I was wrong with the center piece, there are two screws holding it in place.
