I was driving this morning and all of the sudden my driver's display went corrupted. When I reached my destination I turned the car off and on and it hasn't fixed the issue. Has anyone seen this before?? I do still have my manufacturers warranty so if I have to take it in I can.
In the manual it says that's only if the battery was disconnected while the back hatch is open. The "procedure" is simply to close the hatch manually instead of with the power button.

You might want to check page 593 of your Owner's Manual, it looks like only the power back door and maybe the multi-terrain monitor, but any required initialization looks very easy:
Let me know if it doesn't work and I can send you the troubleshooting doc from the FSM. You'll need a laptop with a copy of techstream and an OBD2-to-USB cable. They run about $40-50 on ebay.
What version of Windows are you running? It’s odd that you mentioned this issue because just the other day I had a similar issue where my digital speed didn’t show under the drop down icon I always leave it on but I was still able to scroll through other functions. It popped back up after a few minutes of leaving it on compass display. Gotta love hate computers.
Computers... it happens. When my center diff light flashes rapidly immediately on a cold start, I find warming the truck up and then "rebooting" it always does the trick.
I had 16, 20 and now 21 LC. I have seen the main Nav system rebooting few times on all three. Music still plays but you can see restart with starting logo, etc... Have not notice the center display to go bad yet.

It was just a frustrating thing to have happen after doing a years worth of research on the vehicle and never once have I heard about this particular issue. I'm in IT, and to me it looked like the screen disconnected or had a bad pin. It didn't look like memory corruption, but actual physical disconnect. It made me wonder if the HVAC recirc housing that was replaced somehow borked this up. I'm wondering if I should notify the dealership just so I can get it on record that something happened.

I would get it on record. If it happens again down the line, you'll have a history of the problem that's documented with the dealer, and an easier time convincing them to replace parts to your satisfaction.
