2017 CLC Trail Schedule

Hello everyone. Wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jason and I was looking for something rugged and capable but would fit the family (wife and three kids...so far...) so I eventually settled on a 2013 Land Cruiser. Modifications include Slee rock sliders, Slee rear bumper with ladder/Rotopax/spare tire holder, ARB Sahara bar front bumper, 12k Warn Zeon winch, and OME BP-51 suspension. I'm really looking forward to taking it out on the trail and seeing what she can do. I also look forward to meeting some good people with more experience (especially with vehicle recovery) and knowledge of some of the beautiful places to go in Colorado.

Just wanted to add this to an idea from Rising Sun. They did a Friday the 13th night run this month that looked like a lot of fun. They gathered together and had a potluck dinner, then decorated their rigs with lights, decals and other ghostly things, and then did a night trail run. It looked like a lot of fun! Maybe this is something we could do in 2018...Friday the 13th or near Halloween. What do you guys think?

I like the idea--especially at this time of year as things seem to be slowing down (for events). Some Jeep guys in Texas have an annual fund-raising event for a civic group where they decorate their rigs and go on a 'haunted hay ride', with all the associated event activities--trail rides, kids craft activities, live music, and FOOD!
