Okay here is what we came up with. Thanks to everyone who came!

January 21st: Annual Shubarth run.

Be there or be square. As much a trail run as it is a social event for getting caught up with everyone for the new year. Bring all of your warm clothes, good footwear, and your recovery gear. Chains recommended, though not required- we need volunteers to get stuck and let us practice recoveries. :)

February 18th: The Gulches.
This one will depend on the snow fall. I'm hoping it will be do-able. One of my favorite trails from my childhood.

March 18th: Shelf Road / Phantom Canyon.
Good easy ride from Canon City to Cripple Creek and back. We had spoken about a decently challenging spur trail that we'll have to check out. Years past we made this a family run and traveled to Pueblo to the Drive-In Theater after.

April 22nd: Texas Creek.
Here's one for the fisherman in the group. Great scenery and hopefully the last of the snow!

May 10-14th: Far Trip- Arizona! Grand canyon, Monument Valley, Overland Expo.
A pilgrimage to the the mecca of overlanding with a few scenic stops along the way.

May 20-21st: Short trip- Medano Pass.
Fantastic trail to the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Maybe some other stuff if time permits. Bishop Castle? Overnight?

June 10th: Mount Baldy/ Saran Wrap cleanup trip.
Trying to at least schedule this once on the calendar to ensure we make it up there. Nothing stops us from making more trips up there.

June 24th: Club Choice.
This month stumped us all, so we left it open. Absolutely no telling what the snow and weather will be like. We all pretty much agreed that the high mountain stuff will most likely still be snowed in. Just have to see when we get there.

July 15th: Red Cone/ Webster Pass
Definitely in my top five trails. I'd like to make this a weekend trip to include the Saints John trail as well as the Peru Creek area.

August 19th: Close trip: Mosquito Pass
Highest pass in Colorado. Good mining history and scenery for miles. Possibly other trails on this trip as well like heading up toward Browns Lake/Antero the second day.

August 24-29th
: Far trip: San Juan Mountains
Kyle Mosley will be leading a trip through the San Juan Mountains the 24th-29th. The San Juan Mountains are the epitome of Colorado wheeling. Whether you have or haven't experienced this place, this will be a great trip. Kyle likes to hike, so bring your hiking shoes!

September 9th: Rising Sun 40's only run (tentative date)

September 16th: Pearl Pass/ Montezuma Basin

Hopefully get to beat the snow on the trail. Its been known in years past to never open so we'll have to keep an eye on this as it gets closer. Montezuma basin is a dead end trail but its like the another planet with all the crags and vistas.

October 14th: Hermit Pass
Lets try to go high! There's a chance there will be snow but this is a good day trip that offers some great views of the Sangre's.

November 18th: China Wall.
No surprise there. Another annual favorite.

December: First two weekends: Christmas Tree Patrol
Christmas Tree Forest Service Volunteering. Bring your recovery gear, and lets get busy rescuing minivans and crossovers!...

Don't see the trail you wanted to run? We are always free to have drop in runs at at any time.

How about we schedule this as the regular January meeting Date/Time except we meet at a local tavern.

We have been doing Rudy's the past few years and that seems to be a favorite.

Yea Id like to stick with Rudy's. I also have some stuff id like to bring up at the meeting so I'd like to keep the Tuesday meeting in addition to trail planning.

Looking at scheduling if a Sunday just wont work a Monday evening might be able to work too.

Updated with the official calendar! It was a good night guys thanks for coming out. If possible, Can we make this a sticky?
