Many US buyers are unhappy that the 16+ LC doesn't come with DRL module in headlight like outside US and uses the low beam as Daytime Running Lights. I am one of those unhappy people. Folks investigated if there is a way to change that but no positive outcomes came out of it.

A little a year ago I was working with a company in Asia and bought a test unit which I have installed on my 16LC. It worked flawlessly and went with the LC when sold it. Just bought it 20LC and decided to add it again.

At that time I have installed the first I have received many questions / interest about it when share couple pictures so since getting single unit from Asia is expensive, decided to bring 5 sets and offer to forum members 4 sets at a discount (cover unit and shipping costs - shipping costs divided between the 5). Someone was selling them on Ebay for $300 which I thought is steep (Fog Lamp Cover With Light for Land Crusier 2016 LC200 FJ200 LED Yellow Turning | eBay but explains due to cost of shipment. They look like the truck came with them. Personal taste but like them better than running with low beam headlights.

If interested, please PM me. Anything not sold will go to Ebay soon and will be available there.

Lets deep dive what it does
I am using the module as DRL only, but it has as well yellow LEDs. So you can use either color as DRL, or yellow as turn signals, You will need to buy a Relay system to connect to the car. I am using one from amazon (link below) but changed the switch to Toyota one (got it for $6-7 OE on Ebay).
Amazon product ASIN B01MY2L7R3
There are two ways to install it. You can replace the whole insert you see in pictures OR just replace the chrome piece to the one with LED and drill a hole behind it for the wire. I went with the latter option as didn't feel like spending extra 30 minutes removing and putting back the bumper. After that you connect it to the relay and connect the relay to the car.

Let me know if any questions.

Sets are now listed on Ebay. If you want one, PM me here and will let it go at cost vs. trying to make some profit on Ebay.

I know this is a very old post, but do you still have any of these left? Thanks!

Sorry, just got 21HE replacement on which have put a set and left one set as a backup. I don't see the supplier I got it from selling them anymore (don't see anyone selling them anymore) but can hit him up to see if they can procure more but it would have to be a higher quantity (a group buy) to be worth bringing them over. The shipping costs are too much now. I was able to get cost down to $140 with shipping per set as bought multiple sets. Here are couple pictures from my latest install.

Thanks for the quick response Luke. At a price of ~140 I would definitely be interested in getting them. I did look on Ebay and also did not find anything similar. It looks great on yours.

If anyone else is interested, please respond here. When we get at least 5-6 people interested I will contact the supplier to see if he can get more and what is the latest delivered cost. Will be more than happy to facilitate to mud members at cost.

I am interested in getting a set. Looking to get a 200 soon.
Confirmed with the supplier and can still get those lights. Personally would like to have an additional backup set as well so I would be in for one set for myself. Shipping costs went up so we would need more people to lower the costs. If more interested reply I will inquire for a true cost based on quantity.

Sorry, but no go with the supplier. Each set is just $60 but they are quoting outrageous $400 per set to ship (no bulk order discount). I think they are trying not to sell for whatever reason and push back with high shipping quote.

Well that sucks. If they'd been willing to combine shipping, then $400 would've worked out to $80 per unit so it would've been doable (about $140 per unit), but at $460 it's a hard pass. Thanks for trying Luke. I appreciate the effort.

The manufacturer is unknown and the supplier was the only provider of the kit (picture showed logo IQYQIA). Maybe they are a manufacturer as well since not finding much with the logo or word search and couldn't find any other place selling the kit.

The last I got those units, $140 was the landed cost per unit based on bulk shipment. I expected a higher shipping as I am exploring to get blackout kit and they were quoting half of the shipping of those guys but still 2x of the last kit I have bought (had the heritage grill before HE was sold in US).
