Here it its an OEM option which would be the best but we are looking at a $1k price point.

@luke27617

That's cool that it's a JDM part.

I'm usually all for that but not liking the look of this one as much.

The ones you originally posted are more suited to the lines of the 200 visually, in my opinion.

I have seen these different ones on e bay but with different specs (and prices). Some are listed as just DRLs & others as being DRL/Turn Signal. There are several different ads. Some show to have 4300k LEDs, while some have 5500-6500k, some have 8000k & others have no kelvin range at all.
I believe you posted in another thread about getting some of these and the lights weren't as bright as you'd like.

Do you recall which specs they were?

Many sellers don’t even know what they are selling. Seems one place makes them. Bought those going by headlight you were showing. It was advertised as dual led (white and yellow) but weren’t. From all my research all come yellow. You can have as drl and at a constant power and you will get similar yelllow look like you can see on kia or hundai. Main problem as i have mentioned is brightness. In sunlight you can barely see them working. I have installed v6 turn signals from vleds and difference is a night and day comparing to those yellow. As well compared to those by fog lights as well much dimmer. No go in my opinion. If you decide to go those please not that included plugs do not work on US version so you will need cut them off and ta in the harness. As well slight trimming of grill will be required.

Thanks for the info & legwork on these. I appreciate the effort.

I gather from this (and other) threads that for a stock US stock 200, that turning the factory low DRL setting off & running the parking lights would provide the most daytime visibility.

Only problem that those run at night brightness setting. Everywhere else those have a proper brightness

Thanks for the VLeds recommendation.
I think we might be on to something there.

They have a combo DRL/Turn signal bulb that works with a separate controller.

Those dual vleds v6 maybe a way to go. Definitely please share pictures.

Thanks I will. Just to confirm, the turn signals are a 7440 bulb? Are they dual filament, I.e. parking lights and turns signal OR just turn signals?
I haven't picked my 200 up yet. Pardon my ignorance on this.

No just turn signals which is the 7440 but if you get dual yellow/white than the bulb will be 7443. FYI in the rear taillights have a tight fit and you will need to get vleds high power regular bulb.

I have a 2021 Base LC that has the LED bar below the headlights but it uses the headlights for DRL. I figured based on posts that that was how it is in US...until I saw the picture that had the LEDs on.
I saw the picture Yesterday on Mud of 2 LCs parked side by side in garage but now can't find it to assist with my post...

On a 2021 what is the deal with the LEDs being there but not used?

If you have not already experimented... I believe (you can try) that you can drive with your parking lights on to achieve this look. You need to go into vehicle customization in the HU or use Techstream to turn off the DRLs first. Then, with parking lights only the LED light bar should illuminate.

COOL! will try that

I had tried this thru my head unit on my 16'.
It doesn't appear to be an option.

Ok. If you are referring to turning off the DRLs, I hit SETUP on the dash, then VEHICLE icon, then VEHICLE CUSTOMIZATION to find settings for the lights, door locks etc.
