2013 stock suspension - realistic life expectancy

My 2013 has 170k miles and I am considering replacement with an OME suspension with minimal lift (2"f, .75"r). My question is how many miles is everyone getting out of the stock suspension? My driving is mostly on road, but driving the beach 40x year. I noticed a lot of bouncing the last trip on the beach.
 
170k miles is a significant amount of use for any suspension system. You're not likely to get anywhere near that mileage out of an aftermarket set. (ICON, King, FOX, etc. frequently ask for a rebuild in the 40-50k mile range.) Unless you really need a lift, I'd replace all shocks with OEM parts, and have adjacent components (springs, bump stops, control arms, etc.) inspected, too.

My 2011 has almost 135k on the stock suspension and I’m thinking it will be soon to replace some OEM parts. No noises yet but I think it could be significantly tighter.
 
I replaced my OEM suspension at 80,000 miles with a Dobinson’s kit. I had not appreciated how much the tired stock suspension compressed under mild/moderate braking. The nose-dive is gone, it rides so much better in all aspects now. Worthwhile upgrade that you will appreciate every day.

Mine is at 89k and I thought about replacing the shocks when I perform the 90k service. I drove a LC a few weeks ago with 60k miles on it and there was considerably less dive than mine. Those OEM shocks are pretty cheap, but I can only guess what the labor charge will be.
 
Do you want a lift, or just a suspension refresh?

If you want a lift OME Nitro is one of the less expensive options. Tough Dog, Ironman, and a few others make some similarly priced foam cell or nitrogen options. If you go with those you will likely get 100k+ out of them as from what I've seen they are really pretty similar to OEM in terms of complexity and materials.

If you want a lift and an amazing ride then the higher performance options will cost you double or more and will also require much more frequent replacement, but they will be a step up in comfort and performance from what you have. This is probably unnecessary but I'm adding it for completeness here.

If you don't want a lift, you might try to find a set of new takeoffs from someone who bought a new truck and immediately put a lift on it. A shop like Ed Martin who does lifted LC's might have a set available. Otherwise in that case just go OEM.

I think the refresh is all I need. Mostly using it for highway and local driving. The suspension upgrades would be worth it if I was doing more.
 
I put new genuine Toyota shocks on mine when I got it at 105k miles and it really didn’t make much of a difference.

If you want to refresh it I’d pursue the take-off option. Many people here putting full suspension on near-new vehicles and removing the front setup as an assembly, and rear parts.. and this makes installing the system much less labor intensive. Plus you get much fresher springs which also make a difference.

I can say from experience that an OEM refresh on my 93k mile rig is noticeable. Very happy I did it.

This is my exact setup as well, and I had the exact same experience with Ed Martin. Good peoples over there.
