2013 Lexus LX570 low beam HID bulb change - how to?

Trying to replace the low beams on my
2013 Lexus LX570. The bulbs seem super difficult to get out. I can’t get an angle on the clips. Is the only way to get into them is by removing the bumper and pulling the light?

This was perfect. Thank you. Got it all done. Don’t know why I didn’t get that in my search results - but the lx is just almost out of Wi-Fi range so maybe it was signal issues.
