2013 GX460 - Third Row Seat Belt Install (1 Viewer)

Has anyone reinstalled third row seatbelts?

I recently bought a 2013 gx460, but the prior owner had removed 2nd and 3rd row seats. Luckily the prior owner kept all the hardware, seats, etc.

Long story short - through endless internet scouring I haven't found anyone else that has reinstalled seatbelts in the 3rd row, nor removed them with evidence. Removing most of the sidewall fascia, I still can't find a place to mount the spindle. Everything else makes sense. Just the spindle mounting is the problem.

Would anyone have any knowledge on either the actual process for it? Or at the very least somewhere else I can look?

At the second post down, you'll be able to download the FSM. I know, it seems stupid that you're downloading ALL these PDF files and you have to use the internet to search and interface with them. Search for the third row seat belts and there should be an exploded view of how they all go together.

Try reaching out to Jake, aka wasting time in the woods. He posted a video on removing the 3rd row and he mentions removing the 3rd row seatbelts. See video here.
I didn't remove the 3rd row seatbelts when I removed the 3rd row, but I did unbolt them from the foor and tucked them behind the upper trim. IIRC, the lower anchor point was a metal bracket, although I can't remember where it was attached.

There is a thread here or on CL of someone who removed and replaced with some Prado interior parts to hide holes for 3rd row belts.

That being said there should be interior parts for the 2 row 460s that were marketed outside of NA.

Help me identify this part (Third-row seatbelt molding cover)

So I want to remove the third-row seatbelts from my GX460 since I will be placing a drawer system in the back. After looking at some of the installs I was wondering if it would be possible to replace the 7 seat plastic molding with the 5 seat Prado plastic molding. I have attached a picture of...
