If by any chance you're going up Hwy. 550 from Durango to Ouray, be careful. There have been mudslides around Miles 89-90, south of Ouray, which have closed the road for a while. It's reopened, but if it keeps raining, there will be more slides. Big drop offs on 550 when it starts climbing up toward Ouray. :whoops:
