i was thinking that maybe the Austin group would like to do a big breakfast one morning maybe Saturday for our group. i can bring around 20lbs of ground venison and my big country wok. if some one wants to bring some eggs, tortillas, cheese, & what every you might want to go with you tacos. post up if this is some thing ya'll would like to do and i will bring the meat. i really need to use up the venison i have (around 175lbs). before mid summer.

1) Edwin -- bringing ground venison (i call it bacon burger cause i grind in smoked bacon).

I vote for Saturday...since that is the only morning I'll be there! I can bring eggs or cheese. I guess we'll need kind of a head count to know how many dozen we need. Hmmm...maybe I should just bring cheese.
I might have a bunch of broken eggs driving the 40 our there!
