2010 LC questions…screen, TPMS (1 Viewer)

Hey there! I’m looking to purchase a 2010 LC. Seems like a good deal (162k southern owned…under $30k).

The screen is yellow. Can I just replace the digitizer?

Also the TPMS light is on which will trigger my OCD. Anyone used any aftermarket sensors or should I stay OEM?
