Sunday is up in the air for us. It depends on who all wants to wheel and how long. We would have to leave by 3 pm at the latest.

I could be talked into Sun, if I haven't broke both rigs yet...

Odds are sunday Ill be doing the same as John, breaking down camp and heading for home. Who all is headed down friday, and what time?

As far as Sunday wheelin......All depends on whos got an empty seat & what time we will be done.....Can't stay too late on Sunday.

I'm out on Sunday morning as well. Not sure if I am going down Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
If you head down on friday morning i plan on leaving Elwood somewhere around 7am.

I'm gonna leave after work on Friday. Hopefully get there before dark.
I'll wheel on Sunday if anyone wants to hang around (assuming everything remains operational)

Tony, I'll have some open seats in the back :D

For the hoedown dinner, I am bringing homemade baked beans and Jen is making some cheesecake square things.

That reminds me....what is needed for the dinner?

OK so I did a count. So far there are 14 committed...6 coming on Thursday or before, and the rest on Friday. There are three others that have indicated interest. For those planning to be there Saturday evening, we need to plan for the meal. Clint and I just picked up 40 lbs. of wings at Costco this evening so we should be good there. So far, one person is bringing deviled eggs and we need others to post up bringing something in the following categories:
salad
chips/dip
plates, napkins, silverware
dessert
appetizers, etc.
Does anyone besides Woody have one of those 4 corner awnings? I think Tom may have one.
Please chime in and post if you are coming and what you might bring. Anyone have any other thoughts?

I'll do some kick-ass BBQ meatballs for the group, no shade from me though- father in law needs the E-Z up for some fly tying class he's teaching.

No grenades either, but I'm sure you hoosier folks got something for the kablamo effect

I will pack my awning and some sort of grub......how boutz some meet.....I'll bring brats and buns.

Forecast looks hot....big surprise.
