2010 570 210k sudden death

PLEASE try to get a copy of that TSB and post it. Or at least the identifying number/code. Could be extremely valuable to others in the future.

So I asked for the TSB and, well, there never was one. Sorry. They were just looking for one online apparently.

Drains were cleaned Friday, light rain over the weekend, more water inside on Monday. Windshield leaking top passenger side. It is a Lexus windshield.

'waiver of deductible for glass' on my Colorado policy allowed installer to order from Toyota at no extra cost to me. She was surprised. This was through state farm.

New glass going in next week. I will update with any info on what went wrong with current glass.
Local installer Novus Glass 4.9* with 50 google reviews. They have their own garage, I am expecting good work.

I hope this stops the leak.

Bummer on the TSB, but glad you are headed in a good direction with the leak.

New glass installed. Installer said old glass could have been original- no signs of previous replacement urethane under the glass. Installer said the glass going about 12" up from and 12" over from the bottom passenger side was not attached to the vehicle. The adhesive had failed in that area, the glass wasn't attached to the vehicle in that corner and that would have allowed water coming down the channel to enter the vehicle.

Driving home the new glass I could hear crackle crackle popping along the seams. Hope that goes away.
