Cool, I was wondering if we were talking about the McGrew yet...

I plan to attend with one of my '55's, I already requested the time off from work. Might take the Princess Pig, in which case I would probably want to cruise in on Friday and chill in camp. I'll know more as we get closer. I plan to drag a couple folks down from the Central Oregon area as well. Can't wait to see all you folks again, oh and your rad rigs!

I had/have a great view/video for Russ' tree 'incident'. In fact, I was informaly 'spotting' Russ at the time. He tried a line, got a little hung up, asked me what I thought, and of course I said give it a little more juice... next thing I know he was trying to drive straight up the tree! Added a little character to his new '80. :)

You'll be missed Charles. Russ' oysters rocked! Thanks again Russ. Fun times. Cheers, Carlos.

Jeff emailed me this pic and asked me to post it up.

Thanks Jerod ...

Been a bit since I've had time to sit down at the keyboard at home. Good to see a new thread preparing us for the 9th Annual McGrew Trail Ride. Looking forward to a great one!

I see Jefferson State Cruisers are on the case with vigor. While I'm flattered that you would want the t-shirt logo to be a picture of my t*ts, I think we should save that for raffle fodder :grinpimp:.

I'm already itching to pre-run the trail, but I'll drag my feet a bit 'till the spring flowers are going nuts (a month or so).

JSC is prerunning Jeff, maybe you can join us.

I would like to lead the unofficial Friday run this year if we have takers. Extra day camping and some nice hiking trails down at camp. Knoll said he would run tailgunner last year and I'm sure he wouldn't mind if we actually did it this year. All we need is at least 3 more to make it happen I would say. If it's a go we can sort out the details in time.

Garret,

I'd be down for a Friday run in. Let me know if I can help out.

Brian

Sounds good Brian, I will keep you updated.

The latest TT has the registration form for this years run & Joshua Kern gets the prize for first registration received! Two more tied for second place on the very next day. I like early registrations ... pumps me up :grinpimp:

Kief, of Jefferson State Cruisers, called the other night to report their progress on assistance with this years run. Again ... I'm pumped :grinpimp:

If all goes well, I'll be there. If I do show up it will be with my dad, daughter, and son. I hope it works out.

Josh

Me too!

I will try to take Friday off in advance.

Friday is looking like a go this year. 1 day extra camping/swimming/hiking/relaxing will be nice. We will have at least 2 Jefferson State Cruiser members on the Friday run leading and tailgunning. Follow the same route and rules of Saturday with lunch half way. Thursday night pizza in Grants Pass. Hotels and camping available in Grants Pass-Selma-Cave Jct. Probably won't be able to camp at O'Brien store on Thursday night. Again post up or PM if interested in the early run.

There is a new RV park behind the store.. I don't have that info but if you call the store they would have that info.. Good spot to park your tow rig and contribute to the O'Brien economy..

JSC will be pre-running the trail backwards 06/27/09; the weekend after the j**p jamboree runs it. We will do clean up if needed, I'm expecting them to have it covered though. Unofficial run, no sign ups needed. We will camp at Sourdough Friday night and get up and run the McGrew out to O'Brien in the morning.

Myself & some buddies will also be on the trail at the same time, but on quads. Will be doing some pre-limbing as well if needed.
