Yup! On occasion you can get lucky and find one that was taken care of.

I am checking it out for a member today and we'll see.

Funny you should comment SWUtah because I always come back to the pictures of your undercarriage as what a perfect used LC should look like, some of the pictures you've posted make me so jealous! My LC is a rust belt baby and I can't count how many times I've had to drill out broken bolts but the darn thing is mechanically perfect and drives like a new truck and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

For being a rust belt truck it is in really good condition.

Compared to my truck, this one is a gem from a rust perspective. I only saw a few issues:

both inboard CV axles are leaking.
No timing belt done
Small scuff mark on front driver side quarter panel

The front passenger side sway bar mount looked really good (usually rusty from ac condensation)
Lift gate was rust free surprisingly
front skid had minor rust
rear quarter panels at bottom behind bumper cover are mint, almost no rust even at the seams.

The one unknown is AHC. I am not an AHC expert nor did I try it out as I never started the truck.

Interior is perfect, the front driver seat looks new.

I'd buy it. Looks good, what little rust can be treated. Had a couple of 100's when I lived in KC. I would wash the bottoms once a week and then treat any surface rust that had formed in the spring. They always looked good. But one day I came out to the garage and the butt end was in the air. Drove to the dealer and they had to replace the part on the AHC that raises and lowers the butt end. The part had corroded even though I worked my butt off to keep it rust free.
