Silver 2007 LX470, 3rd owner, daily driver for past 2 years. Purchased a 200-series so this one needs a new home.

Car was involved in a accident in November 2024 with impact damage to the passenger side front fender and front bumper. Repairs completed January 2025.

Third row seats are included and in excellent condition. They were removed from the vehicle and have been wrapped & stored since it was purchased.

Has there been any investigation into the known issues you've mentioned (seat heater, TPMS, mirrors)? Obviously not a huge deal but this recent cold snap through the south has me thinking about a non-warming seat. Any issues with the sunroof or AHC?

Those issues were present when I purchased the vehicle. Have not traced the causes but I would suspect the driver's seat heater has something to do with the leather replacement of the seat bottom. Unsure if it was simply not reconnected to the power supply or if it is something more serious but the switch light is not illuminated either so it could simply be a connection issue. Being in Houston the lack of seat warmers are not normally an issue (except for last week). The folding mirrors could be the switch which is fairly inexpensive or it could be the actual motors and those are stupid pricy. The TPMS has been disconnected by the previous owner so there are no dash warning lights and I did not investigate any further.

Sunroof works with no issues and the AHC front strut reservoirs have been replaced last year with the system flushed.
