2007 FJ value question

I'm going to look at a 2007 FJ this weekend. It is a one owner 4wheel drive automatic with 220k miles. What is a good evaluation on these vehicles? I see the price is all over the place. Thanks in advance.

One owner no accidents looks great on the inside and better than average on the outside, little to no rust on frame. All scheduled maintenance has been done it's completely stock no upgrades new tires. 223k miles.

Low teens most likely. High teens if its a TRD SE (all black / black roof)

From what I've seen $13,000-$14,000 or so.
