Thought I would post this for anyone who is interested. Called the dealership and they want 26.9k and they have had a ton of calls on it already.

I was the first person to call on that car and was in discussions with a sales agent and awaiting the results of their in house mechanical inspection as they hadn't even put a price on it yet.
Pics exchanged, phone call. I text the next day. Car is sold. Sales agent was not happy as they are supposed to honor first come first serve.
Not a good show by the ford dealership there.

I also exchanged pictures and had the opportunity of buying it it too but I passed. The truck was owned by an older couple who lived in the country side. It has not had any services done since 2011 and from the pictures I noticed, it had been driven on the country roads.
Considering it didn't come with any service records and considering I didn't have any time to have Lexus look at it for me, I decided to back off.
No records of oil changes either though I was told it has had oil changes done at local quick oil change places.
