Gas prices are down, so the price of V8s go up. When gas was over $4 a gallon in LA I picked up my old Chevy Tahoe for $15,000 under Blue Book. Conversely since gas prices are now relatively low the resale value of my Camry has cratered.

I would put this in the 25k range. Maybe a bit more. I haven't seen one with these miles in a long time. BAT might be a good place for this one.
A year or two from now 31k might seem like a deal.
