how can i turn off "maintenance light "on my 2005 toyota siera, after 7000 ml ??

It's in the Owner's Manual. Hard to find, but it's in there.

On my '04 Highlander, you hold down the trip odometer reset button and turn the key on. Keep holding it down, the odometer will eventually show all 0's, then reset back where it was, and the light will turn off.

You guys dont read the manual?

Make sure its in odometer display, it wont work if you are reading trip A or B.
