PRICE REDUCED: $16,000

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII Located near Salt Lake City, Utah.
Tarmac Black
2.0L AWD Turbo (19psi) 271hp
MacPherson Struts
Momo Steering wheel
Recaro seats
Brembo 4piston front brakes
Brembo 2piston rear brakes
Height Adjustable HID headlights

My car is essentially still stock and has been meticulously maintained. Has had EVERY scheduled service (full records). It is my daily driver and I commute 60+ miles each day so it has 103K miles and the paint shows some wear from commuting. It's still clean but the front end has rock chips. No other dents etc. Clear coat is peeling slightly on the Brembos.

Only mods are:
Defi Boost gauge in single steering column pod
Buschur Racing Air Filter kit
MR metal BOV (this is an OEM upgrade to the BOV from the top trim level that holds boost better).
Hawk brake pads
Vortex generator
OEM window side vents
tinted windows
Blaupunkt Heidlberg headunit with iPod connector
Carbon Fiber front emblem
Evodave JDM MR style taillights
Throttlebody seals have been replaced (common location for boost leak).
Escort Passport X50 radar detector (clean hardwired setup with dash mounted mute button).

If it's any indication of how I've driven this car it still has the original clutch after 103K miles and doesn't slip. (many Evos get 20K miles or less on the stock clutch because of abuse or people that don't know how to drive). I take really good care of this car. The cloth seats are in excellent condition with no tears etc. Microfiber cover on centerconsole shows mild wear but no tears.

TWO SETS OF WHEELS/TIRES
I have painted stock VIII Enkeis with 235 45 R17 Michelin Alpin Sport winter tires (80% tread left) and a set of 18x8 Enkei OR52's with 245 40 R18 General Exclaim UHP tires (80% tread left) for summer.

If you are looking for an EVO that has been really taken care of and hasn't been abused at all, this is a great car. The car has never been to the track, circuit or drag. I have never launched the car, not once. I'm asking $16,900. Let me know what you think.

Mitsubishi Evolution

Too bad you are letting it go-- that is such an awesome car. I sold my Evo IV MR about a year ago (after only having it for just over a year) and I still really miss that car-- it is easily the most fun car to drive I have ever owned.

Bump for U from another previous Evo owner and X2 on the most fun weekend racer I ever owned. I'll own one again sometime down the road maybe for the boy and I play with. You should sell it rather quick try listing it on your local SCCA forum if you don't have any luck. The idiot that bought mine totaled it on the road a week later I was disgusted :crybaby:
