2003gx with remanufactured engine

I just put a deposit down on a 2003 gx470 with 154k on it. The Lexus owners site says it had a remanufactured engine put in at 70k that was paid for by jiffy lube because they didn't tighten the filter and it came off and blew the engine. Should I be worried about this? Other than that, the previous owner took it to the Lexus dealer for ever recommended service and even has records of full details by Lexus like 8 times. It's a one owner and looks cherry.

I guess one way to look at it is, it's been running fine for 84,000 miles.

as long as its been kept up, it should be fine.
