2003 rear center armrest cupholder

So I bought this and didn't realize the cup holder looks to be broken and missing. Anyway to replace it without getting raped on price? The armrest is the grey leather.

Well, I knew mine was broken before the purchase, but could not believe that I had to buy a $1000+ armrest to get a replacement. Best I was able to do was find a wrecking yard who will sell me the whole seat for $150. Even at that, I am not convinced a cupholder is worth that much. I will probably either go as others have and buy a center hump cupholder or figure out how to create a repair. Mine has a good bit of plastic broken off. If anyone could post a good hi-res photo of an intact extended cupholder, I'd appreciate it.

Yes that's the one I'm talking about. Stinks since the car seat I have (recaro) for my 4 year old pesky have a built in cupholder.
