I'm a betting man. Low miles is really cool, but low miles with rust isn't. This is from Ohio, carfax shows Ohio and Minnesota. My experience with vehicles that have spent more than a year or two in these locations is that they are rust buckets. You could probably add in Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and...

At this price for the mileage, I wonder if it’s a “hybrid?” Not in the usual sense, but more Fred flinstone than Prius given all the rust this thing likely has.
