Looks pretty beat up to me. It also drives me nuts when they show it lifted with bigger tires and a bumper and say that's not how it's going to be sold and that it will be taken back to stock when it's sold. Well, take it back to stock now, take new photos, then list it!

Dude says the bumper looks a little rusty because it's "unfinished." Claims there's not a spot of rust anywhere else on it.

Miles in 2015 are >200k according to Toyota owners site. That's 30k more than he lists on his ad.
