Its about 1 1/2 inch. Does this mean it needs new shocks or an T bar adjustment??
Do you mean 1.5" or 0.5"?
Shocks have very little to do with ride height. It's either T-bar adjustment, spring shims/spacers or replacement of sagging springs/T-bar.

I was playing with the AHC yesterday and put both adjustments to the top for maximum AHC lift. I had previously adjusted the front to level it out front to back, but before I did any of this there was a half inch difference between LF and RF. I planned to crank the T-bar on the driver side, but after yesterday's adjustment, I was surprised when I measured the vehicle and it was surprisingly the same all the way around.

archander- that sag seems excessive, but I would start with the t-bars. May be time for the OME lift!
