SOLD 2001 LX 470 **NO RUST**UPDATED PICS**

This has been a great truck for us . Its Gray Mica over Tan leather , third seat , nav , winter package moon roof , etc. This is a RUST FREE truck. It has a few dings and a small scuffs , but nothing that stands out . This truck can be driven anywhere at anytime . I have a folder of maintenance records as well as the window sticker . It currently has 194k miles . In the last eight months it has had new tires , alternator (connector and wiring) battery , fan stand , center muffler , Y pipe , front and rear rotors , front and rear pads , wheel seals , repacked wheel bearings and serpentine belt . I might be forgetting something minor , like the heater hoses . The only thing that doesnt work is the right front door lock actuator . Never did and it didnt bother us . The front seats do have the usual cracks in the leather . Let me know if you have any questions . Located in the north burbs of CHI . I travel to STL somewhat often and will be happy to deliver . Asking $8500 .

It would be helpful to post detailed undercarriage pics. "No rust" statements by someone from Chicago mean something vastly different than "no rust" to someone in AZ. I think most people in IL that claim no rust are talking about body rust.

When I looked for mine, I contacted dozens of dealers and sellers that all claimed no rust but when asked for undercarriage pics, the trucks were usually rotted pretty bad.

In no way am I referring to your truck specifically, but the more pics you have, the less confusion and problems it creates with potential buyers. Nobody likes bad surprises!

The truck was garaged most of its life. It’s only been in Chicago for about a year and a half. There is no body or frame rust. Every parking lot in Chicago looks like that. I will try to make time tomorrow for undercarriage pics.

While taking pics , I noticed that the valve cover gaskets will need replacement. I can make an adjustment in the price or have them replaced.
