This LX has been owned by a great friend of mine for the past 8 years (since 2004 and 56,000 miles/10,000 miles a year.)
This vehicle is in excellent condition. They have kids so I took the time to pull the interior out and pressure wash out 11 years of cheerios, kool-aid and M&Ms. The carpet and mats are in perfect condition now. There are some nicks in the plastic in the rear cargo area, but overall, I would give the interior of this truck a 97% grade.
AHC works flawlessly, and the truck rides like new. It has been very well taken care of.
No rust AT ALL. Axles and frame all still have factory paint and there is no rust anywhere.
Engine bay looks perfect and is very clean. No leaks, no drips.
2 electric key fobs and one valet key
Bad
CARFAX-He was rear-ended in 2008. They replaced the rear bumper cover. No body or frame damage was done.
There is a CD stuck in the changer
There is a small area of clear coat coming off where her ring hit the door when opening it. Paint is not scratched and I cannot get pictures to come out right showing it. It is minor, but I disclose everything
He forgot the trailer hitch latch, drove the mower onto the trailer and it scratched the tailgate (pictured) No dent, just a scratch.
Driver's seat has some wear cracks. Leather on all seats is very soft and comfortable.
