New 2000 LC owner here.

I have a little issue with the transmission. (210k miles)

When I drive on long stretch of downhill, I turn off the OD button to shift into 3rd gear so I don't have to be riding brake pedal.

On my LC, when I shift out of OD, I can hear / feel clunk from the engine. But all other times, It shifts pretty smooth.

I don't know when the transmission was last serviced, but the fluid is full and color looks normal.
(I plan to do a drop pan & refill in the next service anyway)

Is there a known issue for LandCruiser that can causes this?

TIA

Engine mounts, front diff mount bushings, or trans mount could all cause it.
