Thought I found one. Went and looked today but after showing some pics to the forum I may pass. Great color and with 138k Miles. Advertised on Facebook.
Asking 9500
Lived 90% of life in PA
One owner Very nice guy
See pics. Skid plate is done. I pulled some flakes off the frame off very rear end corner. Ran very strong and had tons of service records. Interior was decent. Just had more rust than I’m comfortable with.

Did you get the VIN?

That’s not worth $9500 but for a few (four) thousand less it’s perfectly serviceable to me. But I’m a piece of s*** from Pittsburgh so rust don’t scare me none.

So this one is trying to be flipped. FYI the rear frame on passenger side is rotten, I pulled off chunks. I think original seller sold for 8500 just a few weeks back.

What a ****ing lying scumbag...
"Only selling because we have 5 vehicles and we are trying to downsize."

You gonna believe him or your lying eyes?
"Toyota Land Cruiser with only 137K miles."

"Please no lowball offers - I know what I have."
A phrase uttered by every a****** flipper, ever.

Somebody please get the VIN and post it up.

I'm not seeing an issue with the pics of the undercarriage posted. Gas tank skid is not a pricey replacement and is known to be the first item to go from rust. A couple hours with a wire wheel, rust reformer and some black paint and it looks like it would be ok.

The arrow in one pic is pointing at the coating of a torsion bar which is peeling. Most replace those anyways. Maybe I'm not seeing something like frame flaking or perforation somewhere?

Many will spend 5k on having a mechanic baseline and undermaintained cruiser but would never spend 1k on a well maintained one to have a shop mitigate superficial rust. This might have been one of those opportunities at the right price, but OP may have seen more rust than these pics show.

The flipper is in my mind an opportunist. That's a very low miles LC and if he did some rust mitigation and didn't just cover it up, I'm not sure why this wouldn't make someone a great vehicle.

The flipper is full of it. I could care less about his flip, but the lies about Excellent condition and only trying to downsize are garbage. I didn't take a pic of the rear frame that was coming off in chunks, as when I found this I had a sick feeling and left. Wish I had.
The only pic I got that shows this issue is the one below, see in far bottom corner the mess on his driveway. This was from pulling the frame apart with my fingers. Maybe thats cool in the salt areas, but I like my frame without flakes.

Makes sense. Hard to see the severity in the posted pics. My vehicles usually come from AZ but I've owned an older "Minnesota car" before and wouldn't do it again. Thanks for posting details, maybe it helps someone avoid overpaying.
