Here it is another thread that goes over the same concerns. Hidden winch mount collision safety - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/hidden-winch-mount-collision-safety.1238742/
There seems to be an Australian option out-there, but I am not familiar with it. My main concern with the TT option is the area infront of the wheel well since now it does not have any protection. I like what the previous member did with extending the aluminum bar, lots of redesign if you are handy and have the tools.
How do you feel about mounting the winch to the aluminum bar? I’m in the process of covering my OEM alum bumper bar with a steel channel which helps to reinforce it while also enables me to mount a winch to it. The aluminum bar is still the piece ultimately attached to the frame of the truck, but it’s reinforced with steel. I suppose I’ll find out when I try pulling something 10k lbs to see if it rips the aluminum bar off my truck.

I assume you are being somewhat humorous about your testing scenario. However, if it pulls the bar off the truck, there's a good chance it will do it catastrophically and pieces of steel and/or aluminum could go flying at high speeds. I'm not sure I'd be willing to take that chance, especially as there may be bystanders near by.
