200 series noise

2008 with 150k miles. Making a weird noise at random. In the video it is parked & making it, last time it did it while driving. Anyone able to help identify the problem?

is the AC (blower) on? if so, does the sound stop if you turn off the AC?

Do your AC modes/4 zone temps all work? Sounds kinda too high pitched to be a servomotor. Not too hard to pop off the glovebox to check if it's coming from there.
