I'd aim for one of the green marked sizes:

What offset should I aim for?
Depends how much "poke" you want. I like the tire edge just inside the fender by a hair. Most people seem to prefer more poke than that.

I think 295 and a +40 offset get close to my ideal state and that's what I ordered recently. It'll arrive spring 2021, so no pics yet. OEM is +60 with a 275 tire, so a +40 with a 295 tire is about 30mm further out than stock. Similar to using a 1" spacer with OEM wheels. Most the spacers on the 100 are 1.25" and I think that puts most tires just peeking out of the fender.

Most the Tundra wheels are trying for that bro-dozer kind of poke so they're around 0mm offset. That's effectively 2.4" more poke than factory. Too much for a 100, IMO.

*Additionally, from a fitment standpoint on larger diameters, the *more* offset (less poke) the better. More poke means the rotating radius of the wheel is wider and you'll hit the fender liner by the pinch weld with a smaller diameter tire. On factory wheels I think the limit is right around 34". As you creep down to that 0 offset of the Tundra wheels, you might only fit a 33" tire before rubbing on the liner. The exact numbers depend on the roundness of the tire, caster, etc... but the idea is just to be aware that you're going to hit the liner sooner the less offset you have. Conversely, if you keep OEM offsets and get a 315 tire or something, you might hit the UCA on the inside edge of the tire.

*edited to correct positive and negatives. Darn offsets are impossible to keep straight.
