2" spacers

I didn't need to change out the stock studs when I put on my spacers.

The stock studs that mount the spacers are not long enough. (pics coming later, I promise) I can mount the spacers on the rear but IMO I am not getting enough rotations on the lug nut for safe operation. I called the manufacture and they told me that the lug needs min 8 rotations to secure adapter. The studs from the adapter are more then long enough to mount the wheel.

I learned yesterday that there are special lug nuts that go with spacers that you have to know to get. A guy I know that has done this a few times let me know after I asked him about having to change the studs. Check that out before you replace all your studs.

If your using 2" spacers you MUST use these optional lug nuts. Yes they will mount with the lug nuts provided but it's unsafe. You need to be able to turn the lug 8 1/2 times for safe operation. Sorry for the blurry picture ( outdated state of the art 5 mega pix cannon lol) It's the lug on the left. The longer neck centers the spacer and allows better contact with the stud.
