Was servicing the fuel injectors and when it was time to torque down the rail, I must have forgot to adjust from 29 to 15 ft lbs and snapped the bolt. It's holding up fine so far, approx 800 miles and no fuel leaking and no loss of power but it been on my mind.

So question is, what would you guys do?

Replace entire intake? There's a few on ebay for sub $200. New from Toyota is $$$. Somehow jerryrig a clamp or some sort to hold it down?

Second question. Is this normal for the pcv valve to have this much play? The last time I touched it was when I changed the valve cover gaskets and hose, and that was several thousand miles ago so I don't really remember. Pcv play. 20221218_123404.jpg

That stuck bolt should not be bottomed out so must spin. Try a pick and try to spin it to left.

PCV is usually have some play.

Edit: I just now understand what you were saying. Just looked at a diagram and you're absolutely right! So relieved

The threaded bolt was connected to the lower intake tho. I over torqued the nut and it snapped off.

I think you know the answer…..do it right, pull the fuel rail back off, remove the broken bolt, chase the threads and reattach. (You’ll need new sealing washers for your fuel rail pressure fittings)

Partsouq tells me the broken bolt/stud is NOT a part of the manifold. It has its own part number, so that tells me it's an easy fix (fingers crossed). The washer gasket for the fuel damper and union bolts are still new but good thing I bought extra.
