FYI since I couldn't find it here. I'm chasing down an oil leak and plan to replace the valve cover gaskets (along with whatever collateral damage I can replace along the way)
The recommendation is to do spark plug seals and PCV valve at the same time. I found all of the below for ~$170 shipped to me.

Torque spec on the bolts is 53 in-lbs
