And what's going on with the wire running under your exhaust and through the shackle? That's no bueno. Assuming that's the passenger rear tire, that looks like your passenger rear side marker wire. The harness originally clipped along the frame rail and that green wire Y's over and up through a (presumably long gone) grommet in the fender well.
