1PZ+T CT26 spooling to late (1 Viewer)

Hey,

I have a Pzj70 with a kinguwana ct26 turbo, boost compensator, 3 inch strait through exhaust etc.

Have found the turbo to spool to late in the rev range around 2000rpm, question is, can I get this turbo modified to suite the 5 cylinder or is it best to match a smaller turbo to set up?

Have tuned off boost fueling to light up the turbo at low rpm but dosnt seem to help much.

besides plying with the off boost cam, what else have you done with the boost comp? Im in the same process and just made some very minimal changes to my aneriod pin settings and have seen quite a change in boost and spool.

What model of Kinugawa turbo did you get? Late boost/LAG is a good indicator of too large a turbo.
