It also looked like a steal to me, that’s why I shared the listing while it was a few hours old. It’s a good chance it is a mine engine being so close to Canada.

You may be surprised how well they can run at that mileage.
I got a 1HZ with just over 600,000kms on it and it runs strong and good and doesn't smoke.

The seller of this engine is actually a mine engine rebuilder in the Spokane area.
That's good to know. Any perspective on the caliber of his work?
I believe his skills in rebuilding engines is okay, he works on this specific combo for a living, but that's all I know
