Have a 91 with a 1hdt. Currently in the middle of pulling my old injection pump out b4 putting in an upgraded one, was lining up the timing marks and the 2 timing belt pulleys line right up with the marks but the crankshaft is slightly off of its mark. Never had a noticeable issue with the engine but wasn't sure if this is something that should be corrected b4 I proceed. Haven't ever messed with engine timing so wanted to get some input from people that have more experience than I do.

I wouldn't stress about it.
just be sure to replace the timing belt when you put the new pump in. (and idler pulley and spring etc)

1⁰ out on the timing belt gears equals 2⁰ at the crank.

worn belt will shift cam timing by a few degrees.
Can be hard to see the wear on a timing belt until you put it alongside a new one, and match up the teeth.
