Looks like we are getting lucky on this one.
The grooves on #1 on the crank journals are not deep enough to need more than .25 over bearing. The machinist has the bearings now and is grinding the crank.
This is the first crank in about ten FT/FTEs we have built that needed more than just a polish.
Bores are good and so are pistons, it’s getting a light hone and new standard rings. I sent the pistons out for coating.
