Well I guess the time has come for me now, I've got bigger issues then just my O/D not working. Was on my way to work this morning while stopped at a red light I noticed the truck idling lower and a bit shaky. Once I got to work I popped the hood and unscrewed the oil fill cap to be meet with much blow by. I need to get this thing fixed stat. Any recommendations who does rebuilds in North America? I'm in Montana.

Have you done a compression test and leak down test?
My hdj80 would idle at anything from 500 - 900 rpm and would fluctuate.
Fairly common issue with older injection pumps.

The fuel pump was rebuilt about 60k ago and got new injectors with that. It was a whole ordeal. This is not pump issues currently as the blowby is pretty dang bad. I have not done a compression test yet. But the truck does start right up given it's current condition.
