What size fuel lines are used for the original engine? I was under the impression you had to increase the fuel line size to 12mm to move the necessary volume of diesel considering its viscosity.

Factory is 12mm to the engine from tank, 10mm return from engine to tank.

I’m quite sure feed lines are all 12mm and return are all 10mm inside diameter on Factory turbo diesel engines

Oh ya I meant since you're converting from petrol to diesel. Or is this just a diesel upgrade to a 1hdfte?

Reviving an old thread but I just imported two 80 series with 1HDFTE and one is an FZJ80 converted to diesel; other is an HZJ80 which is tuned (Gturbo/intercooler/performance injectors and tuned Unichip-X)

1HZ lines are 10mm, you need 1HD lines which are indeed 12mm. Somebody is also putting feeding pump between.
