This is the shifter of the 100 hdfte,. Does anyone have vin code of the a442f 80 series?

Jorge,

The H151 from an HDJ100 has the shifter in a different place than an H151 from an 80 series. 100 is further back which is why your shifter and shifter access holes aren’t lining up properly.

Quickest way to fix this is to source an 80 series H151. You may be able to “remove” the bits that make this a “100 specific” H151 but it’ll take some doing.

Hope this helps.

So I have sources just the shifter leveler from 80 a442f and should just bolt in to the 100 a442f. The 80 a442f picture is bellow

So had my friend who is breaking 80 series take this from 80 a442f. Should bolt straight in

Jorge, you're correct. I misunderstood that you had a manual versus auto, my mistake. You're correct, it will bolt directly up and you will be good to go.

Bit of an update,
Need to source a longer rear cardan as the transfer from 100 doesn't have the viscous coupler.

I have purchased hdj80 lid but that one is really bad and just bought other one.

Putt the wiring and connected all the engine connectors, now I need to put couple cables in the dash, mount the ECU and transmission ECU.

Bad news is that I don't have the 1fz wiring for the oil sender unit as I have left it with the engine. Trying to find one is a challenge as nobody here has had Land cruiser.

Well done Jorgito- looking great and you’re right in the thick of it! Have you got your original prop shaft? Could look into getting that altered by a machine shop - it’s a common and not expensive process.

On your sender wiring, IIRC it’s in the fte engine loom, so why do you need the fzj engine loom? In fact the fzj oil pressure sender is probably in the engine bay so you’d still have it - it is an an fzj105 and fzj79 anyway

The wiring was joined from both the 1fz and 1hdfte looms. I am not that great with the matter to make some more technical conclusion but that is what my conversion guru tells me. Also using the 1fz alternator loom and as the alternator is in the other side of the engine I need to extend the alternator connector cable.

intercooler is half way installed. The fitting is not bad so far

yes that all sounds fairly standard. I still think you have all you need for oil pressure wiring - FTE is with engine loom 1FZ with engine bay loom so you have both

Didn't get much progress this week due to bad weather. I am stuck with how to mount the ECU, it's a while I have removed the 1fz ECU and can't figure out how it was actually mounted. Does anyone have a picture of how the ECU is mounted?

Hey, can you share the Solid files for the fuel lines clips? I am doing a very comprehensive restoration of a HDJ100 and have stripped everything from the frame and underneath the body and most of the plastic parts of the clips are broken. I guess there will be differences between the clips, but I can work around that, as I have expe with SolidWorks

The last picture prior to putting that into the car. It was quite a challenge putting that in.

@landtank bracket is really useful. Will be mounting pre filter ,main filter also spill valve controller ansgturbo module to it.

Tried to mount the LRA long range tank which is really painful process. The front strap mount is very difficult to get installed, the tank itself hangs really low which I don't like. I decided to sell the tank and use the original from the FZ. What do you guys recommend for cleaning of the old tank?

80braker from UK sent me the loom for the oil sender. I will try to start the engine this week.

I've minor issue with the immobilizer, ECU is not getting 12v from the ignition. For the start I have just bypassed the immobilizer

This is the aftermarket immobilizer unit which is causing issues

Putting the 1fz oil sender and it actually has smaller hole, not sure if that is problem. On the picture the 1fz is on the left and 1hdfte is on the right
