Folks with 1hd-ft with stock turbos, what boost do you get as your rev the engine without load (Park or Neutral), at what rpm, and how fast do you get there?

I am trying to figure out if my turbo is having issues spinning up.

Just got a pic of that turbo test page from a 1HDT manual I have, mate was too busy to find the FT manual in his garage. Also got the axial/radial play if anyone needs the details.
