Hi guys. I have a 1997 HDJ81. I can confirm that 16400-17031 OEM Radiator is perfect replacement for any 1HD FT 80 series. It has the ATF loop cooler and my shroud bolted right up. Buying a brand new one from Impex Japan ran me about $600 USD including shipping and tariffs. I also replaced both upper and lower radiator hoses with 16571-17010 and 16572-17010 both ordered from partsouq.
