HDJ80/1 = 1HDT
HZJ80 = 1HZ

If the plate says 1HDT then its had a swap. People tend to want moonbeams for 1HDT so 1HZs are cheaper if the seller was looking to get back on the road quicker.

is there a plate or a stamp or anything on the engine somewhere that would confirm it is a 1hz ? can it be a hd-t with the turbo kit removed ?

You can tell by the injectors that that's not the case - they're different between 1 HZ and 1HDT. That motor has always been a 1HZ and its not original to the truck.

It's also possible that the 1HZ head etc was swapped onto the 1HDT block. Does the injector pump have a boost thing on it? (UFO shaped thing?

Does the frame number match the tag?

Is there a plate or something on the engine that says it is in fact a hz? The seller doesn't know much about those engine and the that sold him the truck in spain says it is a non version of the hdt(lol!) So he is asking me where to vheck on the engine so he can be sure it is an hz engine....

Yes

Highly unlikely, it's not as simple as swapping a head.
Rods, piston, injector pump, head are all different, therefore expensive.

The block will be stamped below intake runner #5
HD for HD-T
HZ for HZ
