1998 Land Cruiser
219K Miles on the body. She's definitely not a show queen. Looks great if you're standing 15ft away.
130k Miles on engine. I bought this cruiser with an overheated engine. As an ex-Lexus senior tech, I replaced long block due to the blown headgasket from heater Ts failing. I bought the engine with roughly 120k miles. The timing belt was changed and it had new plugs(120k maint) when I received the engine. I've put maybe 10k miles on it since. Couple trips to ATL and FL beach trips. Its been my daily driver for the past year. Rear e-locker works great. The PO lived in Mississippi and I'm not sure of its history before that. Sorry for the dirty interior, I've been busy with my ME program.

The good.

All parts were installed maybe 1.5 years ago and roughly 10k miles.
Replacement engine had timing belt/waterpump/spark plugs done and good for at least another 50k. It also had a bosch starter on it. I used toyota coolant and transmission fluid. Mobil 1 gear oil in diffs/transfer case.

OEM parts: rear main seal, rear driveshaft, rear upper links, front axle flanges, heater Ts, radiators hoses, sway bar link bushings, front wiper blades, idler pulley, front diff mount.
Aftermarket parts: Denso radiator, Denso reman 2000m/y 100amp alternator, Aisin fan cutch, Aisin fan clutch bracket, Bando Hella horns, Energizer H8 AGM battery(6months old), OME 860s, reindexed fronts with proper droop, SPC front upper control arms(alignment done by yours truly @ work, Lexus), both inner tie rod, SPC rear lower links, FOX 2.0 shocks, BIOR front diff drop kit, SS clamps on axle boots, EBC front/rear rotors/green pads(3k miles ago repacked wheel bearings), five 295/75/16 Toyo ATII Extremes(a lot of tread left), SpiderTrax spacers, trailer wiring/ecu, newish bronze tinted windshield from Safelite.

The bad.

Paint is chipping on exterior handles, trailer came off the dented the rear lower hatch, the rear lower hatch also had some previous damage/crappy repair(no body work done anywhere else), the front drivers door hinge bushing is torn, front seats leathers torn, after the engine was installed, the transmission had a delay(not slip) in the 1-2 shift so I installed the transgo shift kit and now the delay is gone but shifts pretty firm. I may have drilled the hole too big on the valve body plate. This is odd but it shifts normal when I towed a uhaul trailer/car. Every once in a while theres a whistle/squeak noise that comes from one of the servos/doors in the a/c case. The a/c blows nice and cold though. The PO had some crappy muffler on it and now its rusting out(leaky muffler). Antenna does not go up.

I have a chance to buy my bro in law's LX470 but I have to get rid of one cruiser. It makes sense to get rid of my 100 rather than the 80.

I'm looking to get $7,700. It will come with a set of Lseat leathers for the front seats. I received the wrong color and waiting on the right ones to come.
